How to register
Registration begins October 17, 2008. Prices do not include taxes. Registration by phone at (514)327.8484 or in person at 4687 Lavoisier Street, St. Léonard. Your spot is guaranteed once we receive your payment. Course fees are non-refundable. Courses take place weekly and begin the week of November 10, 2008. Individual trial classes are $12.50 each (does not include Kindermusik, Gramofun, Infant Massage, Photo-Poussette, MommyCraft). Please call to ensure that there is space in the course.
Description of classes
Kindermusik
A fun and educational program, known worldwide, using rhyme, rhythm and movement to develop language, listening, and motor skills. Each session is a new curriculum and comes with a CD, book, and instrument to enjoy at home. (www.kindermusik.com)

MommyCraft – Mondays at 1:00pm, 90$/4 weeks
Create beautiful memories of your baby that you will cherish! You will complete 4 different projects – one for each class: a personalized Swarovski crystal bracelet with your baby’s name, a print of your child’s hand or foot, an American Apparel t-shirt or onesie with your baby’s name and/or handprint, and a personalized Christmas ornament. Let the artist in you shine through!
YogaKids with Jennifer – Wednesdays at 4pm, $60/6 weeks
Jennifer, an early childhood educator and passionate yoga teacher, is offering a very creative and dynamic yoga class for children ages 4-8. She uses different strategies and materials to enhance the value of her classes such as story books, yoga cards, songs and make believe play to make the classes interesting and fun for the children. Just like adults, children can have busy and stressful days at school and at daycare therefore it is so important for them to have a peaceful place to relax and take care of their health. Your child will benefit from yoga by improving concentration, helping to sleep better, improving digestion, building the immune system and simply feeling happy with him/herself. Namaste.
Cardio Hip Hop Aerobics – Tuesdays at 1:30pm, 80$/6 weeks
This is your chance to exercise while we babysit your child! Get an amazing aerobic and abdominal workout while learning hip hop dance moves from the talented Wiz Kilo (www.wizkilo.com). No prior experience is necessary.
Mom & Baby Cardio Hip Hop Aerobics – Thursdays at 1:30pm, 70$/6 weeks
Get into shape while wearing your baby! This is a postnatal aerobic workout that helps you burn calories and firm your muscles, all while learning hip hop dance moves from Wiz Kilo (www.wizkilo.com). No prior experience is necessary. A baby carrier is needed (we have some available for use during the class).

Baby and Me Yoga – Wednesdays at 11:15am, 70$/6 weeks
Yoga offers babies physical stimulation and helps to strengthen their spinal column, to soften their joints and to let all the physical systems work. For the moms, yoga helps to realign their vertebral column and to strengthen their bodies after delivery. During the course, the exercises will focus on reinforcing the perineum and the abdominal muscles. Postures, breathing exercises and relaxation will be a moment of well deserved respite. In addition, mom and baby yoga helps to increase the bond between mother and child.
Infant Massage – Wednesdays at 2:00pm (babies 0 to 15 months) 75 $/ 3 sessions (no tax) Learn to reinforce the bond with your child while participating in this class. Join Isabelle Bouchard, a certified massage therapist and a member of the FMQ for a 3-week workshop on massaging your baby. Photo-Poussette – Thursdays at 10:30am, 150$/4 weeks (Nov. 20 & 27, Dec. 4 & 11)
The Photo-Poussette workshop addresses is for anyone who wants to takes beautiful pictures of children. Learn to noticeably improve the quality of your pictures in a comfortable and child-friendly setting. Prerequisites: A camera and a baby!
Prenatal Yoga – Thursdays at 7:30pm, 70$/6 weeks
Prenatal yoga is a practice that reminds you to slow down and listen to your pregnant body as it shifts and changes. It reminds you to trust in your body's innate birthing wisdom. Prenatal Yoga incorporates supportive safe asana (poses) that strengthen and balance your body along the journey of pregnancy and through birth. There is an emphasis on mindfulness for increasing breath/body awareness. Learning to listen to your natural breathing rhythm is key. It promotes inner stillness, inner focus and assists in pain management.
Hip Hop with Wiz! Level I - Fridays at 7:10pm; Level II – Fridays at 8:00pm (ages 5 and up), 65$/6 weeks
Come and dance with Wiz! The emphasis is on having fun and getting in shape! Each class with leave students with a sense of accomplishment. They will be inspired by the most recent Hip Hop dance moves that incorporate jumps and turns and expose them to a fresh and original dance style. Spaces are limited.
Music and Movement – Saturdays at 10:00 (ages 18m-5yrs)
The emphasis is on movement, creativity and fun! Children move and groove to music from different countries while using maracas, drums, and tambourines to show off their musical talents.

GiftMania – Sundays at 11am, (4-10 years), 6 weeks, 75$/6 weeks
Children have the chance to create amazing crafts that they can keep for themselves of give as gifts! A different project ever week, including jewelry, Christmas ornaments, and many other amazing keepsakes.
Enfant & Compagnie Cooking Academy
Enfant & Compagnie Cooking Academy is a unique culinary experience which offers cooking classes to children in a safe environment that encourages discovery and creativity. Each visit to Enfant & Compagnie Cooking Academy is a new experience with fresh themes and exciting new programs. This is not a demonstration-only class – children will be actively preparing the recipes and will be involved in all aspects of cooking them as well. They will be provided with the opportunity to develop a life-long love for the culinary arts.
KidChef - Fridays at 11am, Saturdays at 11am or Sundays at 10am-11am, (ages 2- 6 years), $70/6 weeks (includes the cost of the food)

Dinner To Go! (ages 8-15)
Have your child make dinner for your whole family at our café! Your child will take part in creating delicious meals that will feed 4 people. When you pick up your child you'll also be picking up a delicious, home-cooked meal that your child prepared! How cool is that! Here is a sampling of what your child will be making and bringing home: Stuffed Shells with Ricotta, Shepherd's Pie, Gnocchi, scrumptious desserts and yummy entrees too! Is your mouth watering!

Parents’ Night Out! Babysitting Services
Enjoy a relaxing night out while your children are being cared for by competent educators. Special activities will be organized that may include crafts, dance classes and more!

Math Challenge
An 8-week group tutoring program for Secondary I and Secondary II students that is designed to help develop math skills. The program is taught by qualified Mathematics teachers.
